"Customer service was no help??"
I reached out because I needed some help, but the replies took forever and made me feel like I was just being ignored?? It was frustrating, especially when I was just trying to get a simple issue sorted out.

"I just wanted to place an order..."
I just wanted to place an order, but this website made it feel like I was climbing a mountain in flip-flops. The pages took forever to load, the search barely helped me find anything, and checkout was so confusing I started questioning my entire life choices. After struggling with it for a while, I finally gave up. It really, really needs to be simpler and easier to use.

"Somehow My Order Got Swapped"
I ordered a few salon supplies I actually needed for work, and when the box showed up, half of it was the wrong stuff. it felt like my order got mixed up in some weird warehouse mystery, because how do completely different items end up in there? Not great when you’re counting on the exact products and don’t have time to play detective

I had a look on Salon Supplies & Furniture hoping I’d save a bit, but the prices were higher than I expected. Ouch. A few things I checked were easy to find cheaper on other sites within a couple of minutes.
For what they’re charging, I just didn’t feel like the value was really there. Maybe it’s fine if you need something urgently, but as far as good value goes, nah.

This is the second time my order has shown up late, and the tracking didn’t really update much along the way. The products themselves were fine, so I don’t want to make a huge deal out of it, and maybe I should’ve given myself more cushion before needing them for work orders. But still, I can’t really count on the delivery timing right now

I placed an order because the website said the items were in stock, only to be told later they didn’t actually have them. I felt stupid for trusting the stock info in the first place, especially because I needed the stuff that week and had to rush around ordering from somewhere else. Frustrating. They really need to keep the website updated before taking people’s orders...
